@Kiddalee I am an expert but... 1 stick of butter 1/2 cup as joancover0389 said but I never manage to measure it like that, I weight it. 1 stick is 113 grams. When I want to find something I always google it (eg. 1 stick of butter in grams or cups, spoons or ounces) and I note it down.
