About Just another Lap Steel in Paradise
I enjoy playing the lap steel guitar, and enjoy teaching Hawaiian lap steel to anyone who comes my way. It is a beautiful instrument, and is easy to learn, but takes a good ear and a love of the instrument to master. Google "Konabob" and you can find a lot more information. I also find myself hanging around 'ukulele players a lot, as a good rhythm section is a steel players best friend. I am a member of MeleOhana.org - the local ukulele group here in Kona.
