About Me:

Many Jordan fans like pointing out Jordans good in the 2000's vs Ron Artest, Burce Bowen, Paul Pierce, Etc. Well Jordan has a career average of 22.4ppg on 40.6% shooting on 21.2Fga vs. Ron Artest. Career average vs. Bowen: 22.5ppg, 43% shooting on 19 shots. Jordan vs. Pierce: 22.5ppg, 42.6% shooting on 20.3FGA. Jordans career average vs. Richard Jefferson: 22.1ppg, 42.1% shooting on 20.7FGA. Jordan career stats vs T-Mac: 20.9ppg, 42.5% shooting on 19.1FGA. Vs. Antawn Jamison: 23.3ppg, 44.3%, 23.3FGA. Notice how Jordans barely getting a point per shot against these players. Vs. Jalen Rose: 23.1ppg, 44.2%shooting on 19.6FGA. Vs. Doug Christie: 22.4ppg, 44.3% shooting on 20FGA.

@max6413 No i'm not mad. I'm tearing down MJ not because i'm a nut hugger of Kobe Bryatn but because I care about people knowing the TRUTH. I wouldn't have to degrade MJ nearly as much with humiliating statistcs and such if MJ HOMERS would agnowledge the obvious.

LOL, you mad bro? Look man, you're a fan of Kobe and you think he's the shit, there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. Kobe is a beast, no denying that. But trying to tear down a legend like MJ just to elevate Kobe?? THAT is being a retarded kobe nut-hugger to the fullest.

meanwhile, you are posting the biggest slight about jordan..height advantage?
im going by listed heights..jordan in 1991 playoffs: guarded by dumars,hawkins,gerald wilkins,scott and teagle=average height= 6'4" jordan in 1992 playoffs=guarded by steve smith,brian shaw,gerald wilkins,starks,drexler,ehlo(all listed over 6'5" other than starks..starks is listed at 6'5" on nba.com,btw)
jordan in 1991=31 ppg .524% jordan in 1992= 34.5 ppg .499%...do you see a difference?i dont
honorable mention to refute any claim of jordan "benefitting" from height advantages..his own stats
oh btw,i missed peja stojakovic for bryant in the 2001 playoffs...so it should be 22-11 jordan for the "perimeter competition" in the playoffs..that makes it a draw at best, because peja didnt play much in 2002..
as for "team defenses";
jordan=faced 17 teams in his career that finished top 5 in def rating
bryant has faced 16 teams in his career..including some teams who won less than 50 in the RS
netcap001 (2 months ago)
ehh, again, jordan faced better scoring perimeter players in the playoffs...this is not debatable.
A) in his playoff career
B) in his playoff career in the 90s
jordan faced nine 20+ ppg perimeter players(in other words, they went into the postseason averaging 20+ ppg) in the 90s alone(playoffs),bryant faced 7...jordan faced more than twice the 20+ ppg scorers if you want to make a career comparison..
when it comes to 30+ ppg scorers, bryant wins 2 to 1...and thats the only edge he has on jordan when it comes to "perimeter competition" in the playoffs...

@netcap001 I misunderstood what u were saying before. I'll get back to u on that info but I'll tell u that in the early 2000's Kobe didn't face many good scorers in the playoffs, he mainy face good defenders and team defenses. The 90's don't have as many big playoff scorers either. I got a big break down of much higher than 20ppg people that I can share once i finish it.
netcap001 (2 months ago)
actually,i should have counted sam cassell for 1998 as well, because jordan faced him in the playoffs, just like bryant did in 2004. he averaged 19.6,so jordan wins 22-10.
i counted peja as bryants competition in 2002,despite the fact that he played in 1 game out of 7 vs the lakers..

1996-hardaway
1996-payton
1997-steve smith
1997-hardaway(tim hardaway)
1998-reggie miller
1998-glen rice
total amount=21, 15 in the 90s,6 in the 80s. jordan wins 21-10.
if you want to pull it up to 20 ppg, jordan wins 15 to 6.
