Frank and Buster, the Koala Brothers, are on a mission: to help others whenever and wherever they can. From their isolated homestead in the Australian outback, they fly out on daily patrol in their yellow aeroplane, looking for anyone in need of help. As the Koalas become involved with helping their friends and outback community, they show the true value of friendship, and of caring for others.
A cast of regular characters join Frank and Buster in their adventures: There's Ned, the little wombat, who acts as ground crew for the team; Mitzi, a feisty little girl possum who's always out for adventure; Penny, the little penguin who travels the outback; George, the turtle postman, who loves delivering the post but worries about being too slow; Archie, the sports-loving crocodile, Alice the platypus who rides her scooter everywhere, Josie a shy little kangaroo who helps Sammy the echidna in the General Store, and Lolly the emu who sells the best ice cream in the outback!
Throughout their adventures, Frank and Buster always try to live up to their motto: "We're here to help!"
