This car got wrecked in a crash, but he's rebuilding it with Carbon fiber frame etc, basically everything that can be made in carbonfiber, is beeing made in carbonfibre! Gonna be insance! He's even bought a carbonfiber oven so he can produce everything himself.. !

I tried starting my V70 2,5TDi in -50 celcius with a newly charged battery. The batteriet emptied after 3,5 turns on the engine haha :P Put a 2000kw heating fan under the engine, fired like it was +20 after 1,5 hour :D

@7RossW As will the Volvo :P Several in Norway that runs 900BHP + in the 240's. Trackcars tho, but two of them are road legal O.O

@MusicUploader232 wtf? If a petrol engine smoke that black, you should get a new engine. Thats a 2.5TDi, got one myself with 2,5" straight pipe, sounds almost the same, sounds like he is running 2 mufflers

@canoetaco If you have RWD, and there's snow, you most probably will drift if you try to outrun the cops... I doubt he outran them actually... I would go much faster than that with my old Volvo 240 with studded tires lol....

@kylielimmer Got one in Norway, newer model tho... The guy goes to the track, with his Toyota MR2 on a trolley, unloads the MR2 at the track, then takes the Hiace out on the track xD

Of course you need to upgrade the Clutch, carb, reed, exhaust etc... You could run stock, but it would most probably fry the clutch before og put in 3rd, if the engine lasts that long with an stock carb...

@GarrettKeetley that is no VW engine, it's a pure Audi engine.

Only thing modified by volvo is the covers and part number, but everything fits from the Audi R5, atleast on the engine in my V70 :)

@uprightbassmatt Vacuum? You know diesel engines doesn't create vacuum and have an external vacuum pump driven by the camshaft right?

The ticking noise is the exhaust touching the heatshield between the pipe and fueltank

I had the same ticking on mine, until i welded a new 2,5" straight pipe for ...
