Not the best interpretation, it should be clearer much, less pedal... But still okay. The piece is difficult!

I like the clear play, however, very much! Many pianists play Medtner with too much pedal! Some courage to the free development and imagination! It may become a personal interpretation! M. play (and hear) should dream like be, music is spherical, not real...
