@ResChronoNullius : You didn't mention the cause of the flood, but the bible clearly does. As does it mention it is worldwide and above the mountains. An error during copying and translating can happen, but it is not even close to the truth.

This is so wrong, evidence which can be verified and measured over and over again is more likely to be true then some explanation which hasn't been tested or verified.
