I love food, but I hate ready meals. I love cooking all types of food, from the simple to the complex. I think food is fun and I want to make it, eat it and talk about it. Join me in my culinary journey as I look at how to create and cook food from all parts of the world. You can email me at giles@kitchencopilot.co.uk

I learnt to cook whilst living in Europe. I lived in Spain on the Mediterranean for a couple of years where I learnt to cook lovely Spanish food. There's more to it than tapas, but I love that too. The food in that region is delicious and healthy. I also learnt to cook french food from a fantastic French cook called Hellen and I spent a while travelling Italy picking up cooking techniques from that part of the world too. My friend Ajhit taught me to cook Indian food.

I also have a pet hate of supermarket ready meals. I am generalizing when I say that they are overpriced and often not that healthy for you, but that is often the case. Home cooking is healthier, tastier and saves you money too.

So I have loads of experience cooking, and if there's anything you'd like to know let me know and I'll try to post a video on it. Please subscribe and rate the videos.
