Insanity is a better option for cardio and endurance. P90X does have weaker cardio though....this workout doesn't seem hard.

Insanity Transformation- 65LBS LOSS

About Kishnabe's channel
I teach a class too.....but it is such a struggle to keep the kids attention. Any advice on getting their concentration.
The only remedy I had was taking 3-4 kids after class and helping them. Giving them individual help...so they find a passion of karate. Yet I don't want to dissapoint parents...
