I'm pretty emotionally strong...but this scene makes me cry every time. The part that gets me is when his daughter says "He doesn't have it".

Remember the scene, where Matt Dillon finds the woman he molested trapped in her car. I totally thought that Matt Dillon was going to die and the woman was going to live to demonstrate karma. Would have been a cool twist. But amazing movie nonetheless.
