Another Eomer and Lothiriel video.
This one is a tad more depressing.

The story starts with Lothiriel in deep despair. Eomer her beloved husband has just been found dead, so mutilated that she wasn't even allowed to see his body. As the greif takes over her she begins to see visions of Eomer around her. The funeral is held and Lothiriel watches on in despair, her heart breaking.
After the funeral Lothiriel remember how they met and fell in love. She then remembers how this whole nightmare started. While Eomer was away Lothiriel was kidnapped by... lets' say wildmen... she tried to escape after they dragged her into the forest but it was to no use.

The kidnappers send a note to Eomer, demanding that he give himself to them or they will kill his wife. Despite his men's objections Eomer rides off alone to give himself up. As soon as he steps into the forest he is captured and brought to where they are keeping Lothiriel. When one of the bandits tries to take the necklace Eomer gave Lothiriel as a wedding gift Eomer's anger takes over and he is restrained he tells his wife to run and not look back as soon as she is freed.
She is taken on horse back to a location she knows and left there. Lothiriel hesitates, not wanting to leave husband alone but hearing Eomer's warning words in her mind she runs.This is what she can't forgive herself for. It was soon after these happenings that Eomer's body was found.

As she dwells in guilt her mind begins to unravel, she sees Eomer's 'ghost' everywhere and decides to confront him and see if she can talk with him. She rushes to a building they often visited on their rides together and inside she encounters Eomer. Eomer tells her he wishes for her to be with him in the afterlife, when she hesitates he lunges at her gripping her throat and tells her it is all her fault he is dead the least she can do is die and be with him.This sends her into madness and she sees many things that are not there, the pendant Eomer gave her bleeding as she remembers happier memories.

Unable to take anymore she slips away from Edoras and runs back to the forest. As she washes her face at a stream Eomer appears to her again reminding her how much he wants her with him. Lothiriel relents wanting to be beside him too. She picks a fruit she knows is deadly if eaten and bites
into it.

Meanwhile back in Edoras Eomer returns. His guards who had been tirelessly looking for him have finally found him and he rides back into Edoras carrying one of his injured men. He explains how it was all a ploy by the bandits, they dressed a man in his clothes and left him outside the forest, their aim was to cause unrest and war in Edoras as a new king would have to be chosen.
Once in the Golden Hall Eowyn informs him that his wife is missing, that she went mad with grief and cannot be found. Eomer instantly sets out to find her and as he tirelessly searches a message comes to him from another group who were also searching at his command.
His wife has been found....
