Why are they having Darkseid show up this early? Darkseid is not some brute, he is a god. He has countless subjects and minions to do his bidding. He is not one to sully his own hands when he could simply manipulate others to advance his goals.

This movie was disappointing but Meltdown made up for it.

The Borg were so damn stupid in this episode. They had hundreds of ships in that area. Why didn't they just overwhelm and assimilate Voyager? Sure they'd probably lose a dozen ships but Voyager's future technology would more than make up for it.
