What you need to know:
Jesus Christ is God manifested in the Flesh (1 Timothy 3:16)
Everyone on earth is a sinner (Romans 3:23)
The penalty of sin is death (Romans 6:23)
The end result of sin is hell (revelation (20:15)
Jesus Christ paid the penalty for our sins (1 Corinthians 15:3), the atonemnt for our sins (Romans 5:11) and for the redemption of our sins through his blood (Colosions 1:14) for without the sheding of blood (his blood) there is no remission of sins (Hebrews 9:22)
Where do we stand in light of this?
You need to recognize that YOU are a sinner in need of atonement, forgiveness, remission and redemption and that Jesus Christ has provided all this for us as a free gift (Romans 5:15)
The free gift is not yours until you recieve it by faith (John 1:12)
You can receive the free gift by calling on Jesus Christ and asking
Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Romans 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Bible believer: Because we reject all versions which are clearly satanic as defined by Jesus Christ (John 8:44)
Bible scholar: Are you saying that ALL English versions have lies in them but NOT the King James?
Bible believer: correct, the one without blatant lies, errors and contradictions which unbelievers like to *claim* the Bible HAS cannot be said about the real, true Word of God the King James Bible.
Bible scholar: but that's why we're here, we are in the process (ongoing) to remove and correct those errors and mistakes.
Bible believer: It's not necessary since we already have a perfect English Bible
but you paid a lot of money for your education so you need to justify it somehow and there's lots of money to be made in making another new translation on a regular basis $$ Chi-ching, chi-ching, besides that, you can now play "god" by becoming the final authority in what God said.

Here we have the true essence of Christian giving. Paul did not beg the Macedonians to give a gift rather it was the Christians of Macedonia who had urged Paul TO RECEIVE the gift. The Macedonian Christians had so willingly given a gift because they wanted to share in the helping of the needy brethren. These Christians had caught on to the idea of ministering to the needs of the Saints. They had insisted that Paul take the money with him to the needy Saints in Jerusalem. These Macedonian Christians were poor themselves, so they knew what that hardship was all about and could well identify with it. The modern versions omit the fact that the Macedonian church wanted Paul to take the offering with him. It shows the eagerness of this church to be obedient and
compassionate to the Jerusalem church. The modern versions omit this great testimony of this church.

God has always been a forgiving God but the "Guilty" were not "cleared" until the NT after Jesus Christ became the one sacrifice for sin forever. (Heb 10:12)
Vengence is the result of Justice served. I'm sure you are aware (just look at the news) of folks who (seemingly) get away with "murder" When God takes his vengence all that will finally be resolved and no one will have gotten away with anything.
I'm glad God is jealous and will take vengence against all the injustices but most of all, I'm glad he is a forgiving God who has forgiven me of ALL my sins. He wants to do the same for you if you will let him.
