My name is Kim,,,I am Married we have Five children Two of which are married ,,, We are blessed with 2 Beautiful twin Grandchildren, Couldnt ask for much more,,(Well maybe more Grand Babies ) I Am a cake decorator and Event planner I LOVE MY Buisness,,I am hoping to get approved to have the gastric Bypass surgery , My first consult is Oct 5th, 2010,, Very excited to start a brand new chapter in my life,, I am really enjoying watching all your videos so much info thank you all so much,, If there is Anything else you want to know please just ask :)

Oct 18th Psych Evaluation (Approved) ---Blood Work and Chest Xray
Oct 26th Stress test and EKG (passed)
Nov 1st class meet with nutrtionist
Nov 2nd Upper Endoscopy (All cleared)
Nov 8th Appt with primary care Doctor to get cleared for surgery/ Doc wants me to see a heart specialist
Nov 15th Heart Doctor (cleared)
Dec 1st Pre-op Diet Starts
Dec 3rd Meeting the PAT (Pre -Admission Testing): Anesthesiologist, Blood work, Will get time for surgery!
