Both are great DAWs and It's all about preference. Whatever you choose, it all depends on which work flow works best for you.

Advice:
- Get studio Monitors (reference speakers) like a pair of KRK Rokits or Studio reference headphones like the Senheiser HD 650
- Get an Audio interface and a real mixer (not USB).
