I've decided to share the sheet music I made to learn the songs on this channel, and while I'm at it I suppose I could write something here.
Playing piano is a hobby of mine. I've been playing about three years, and only started taking lessons last summer. Everything before that was self-taught. Almost all of what I play is video game music, though I'm not against doing other kinds of music when it interests me. For now, though, this page is pretty much dedicated to video games.
I make my own sheet music using Finale, and MIDI files I find on the Internet (mostly from vgmusic.com). I record using a digital camera with a line-in to my laptop with Audacity (thanks to Tabull89 for helping me set that up). This allows for better sound quality, but means my videos will be slightly out-of-sync, because I have to pretty much do my best to line up the video with the audio in Windows Movie Maker. No, none of this is fake, and anyone who accuses me of such will be ignored to death.
I'm gonna do my best to expand that page, and share all of my sheet music there. Hopefully sometime I'll make it a bit nicer looking, too.
I don't respond to comments on principle, but I will do my best to respond to PMs, so if you have something you want to ask me, that's the way to go. I don't take requests, but you're welcome to make suggestions.
