i distinctly remembor that the cart driver had white hair in the anime. so I'm gunna have to agree with TheFinalEpic on this one. They made it a deleted scene for a reason, and maybe that reason is because they dont want to milk this to much. I personally wouldnt mind another code geass with lelu...
