@ridorock6 well if you have been keeping track of how many EVs your sceptile recieved, and you know for certain that you have reach the 252 EV limit for the speed stat then you can battle any other pokemon as normal, to check if your pokemon has reach the 252 limit on a stat the i think you go to...
