hey man over the past week ive really been studying hypnosis and am a member of the IATH despite all you good advice i still fail to put people into a trance. when i see how easily u and other hypnotist put people intot trance i often think am i doing something wrong. please can u give me some advice. plz reply thank you

Hi Nathan, I have to wonder how you became certified if you are from New Zealand Nathan?
I am from New Zealand and here there are currently no legal requirements, or government recognised certification especially since the NZQA standards in hypnosis were dumped., So with most most careers in NZ anyone can practice here as a qualified something and just make a certificate on their pc.

Although hypnotism is something anyone can do without medical knowledge, this is not always wise.
To my knowledge, there is only school of hypnosis in New Zealand that offers a several year respected course, who's qualifications are international
.I personally am very wary of anyone offering correspondence courses in hypnosis along with certification..
Nathan when it comes around to pre-existing medical conditions you have to be very very careful.
I have such a condition, therefore cannot be hypnotised using sudden inductions, it makes me ill, really ill
unfortunatley I learnt the hard way.
