I've notice that those with the Commando don't seem to lose big numbers. The training is totally different. I think losing weight slowly is better for you anyway

When in teams why eliminate the biggest loser? Cam should have gone. The Red team have done themseleves no favours

I find that some males don't like the idea of a woman telling them what to do. I've seen this when both Jillian & Michelle have been training men. Saying that Cameron seems to have the same attitude with both sexes. With his attitude he is never going to change his life. He's not doing it for him...

I'm a vegetarian so I would be very happy with the raw food. By not cooking it they will not lose vital nutrients. Good choice
