Another one hit wonder from the late '60s. But just another post from the king whopfrog......remember sending a request at my local radio station for this song...Dedicating to Joe & Mary...Danny & Maureen.......etc. Damn Maureen had great legs for 1968.

Of course the 'ol whopfrong posted this. The man, the myth, the legend. I was 14 when this song hit. Shit, hell yes it was outstanding.

Del made excellent music no question. But damn, this fast version is awful.

I will admit the Beatles were my favs...still are. But I always thought the DC5 were fantastic. This song never got a lot of airplay, but its a real (taking the phrase from Beatles producer George Martin) pot boiler. I went a lot of years without hearing it until it popped up on an oldies stat...

Superb. I mean absoultely brilliant performance. Just got the T.A.M.I. show on DVD about 8 months ago, and its WELL worth it.

I would like to see that done on the Jakks Plug in Play system. It would never happen. The Jakks is tougher. My grandson hit 191, 400 on the Jakks....maybe that doesnt sound too impressive, but he is only 4 years old. I swear thats the truth.

@veejaythernrdj Yes, I totally understand. There is nothing out there that exactly matches the original LPs. CDs, cassettes, are all different from the original LPs.
