Channel Comments
You can maybe get the voice clips from random sources. Like for one, there's this mod called Touhou Fortress that has custom voice clips for the characters, and you can use that, and there is also MUGEN Voices for the characters which you can use. Another thing you could do is take the lyrics voices from some of the IOSYS Songs of them. There's plenty of other places you can get them too.
That might help you make "Touhou Girl (whichever one you want)" Speak No Americano. The animation should be easy though.
Make a parody of "This guy" Speaks no Americano, but use a character like Cirno, Marisa, Sakuya, or some other cutey.
