@webeee01 Okay... It is a mod. If you don't know what mod is, it means someone did it for the game and it adds something new like those weapons. Mods are free to download from the internet, and if it is a mod it can't be used without the basic game.

@TheSmartMonk :D I did the game on easy on first time, then on medium and now I am in seventh mission in hard. And all this with no own saves, only respawning on spawnpoints, without hud or any of that crap, + bleeding on. Try it. Realism kicks ass.
