Communication doesn't necessarily require speaking the same language. Many times you can't communicate even with people whose native language is the same as yours and you can't make them understand you even when you speak and express yourself very clearly.

Same thing again: Put the blame on the Americans and/or on the Muslims. Nobody blames the ATC controller whose instructions forced the crew to glide slope which caused them to reduce their speed and decend rapidly and therefore to misinterprete the warnings about the speed and altimeter.
