About this user

A few years ago I bought a travel-with guitar that happened to be smaller. Turns out it suits my hand size much better than those I'd tinkered with rarely (every few years) since high school. So now I'm in the middle and opening to guitar. This is about music-therapy and fun, for me. Tempo structure?, where it goes?... this is not metronomed music. Just exploring. ... and having SO MUCH FUN! I never knew music could be like this. I never considered myself a musician growing up and now I'm finding music to be SO egalitarian.

note:
I'm spiritually eclectic, mostly of eastern influences. I enjoy, and sometimes sing & play, traditional spirituals in a non-sectarian style. As a result sometimes I'm getting friendship requests from Christians, which is cool by me, but I don't want them to be based on the mistaken notion that I'm Christian. Though I do have appreciation for Christ devotion as well as broadly for other avenues. Respect.
