Well, I'm a big fan of wine with dinner, earting tomatoes, and not doing any ridiculous detox diets. I think what "works" about the "detox" is that people lose weight because they reduce their calorie intake dramatically. I'm going to have eggs with breakfast and some spinach in my salad.

Please note that they said weight gains can be from as little as 7 calories extra a day. That explains why it seems like you eat the same amount as friends. It could be a matter of not being able to burn as many calories when excercising.

@djliberator31 Do you know the exact name of the chant? From what I can tell there is not one that Hildegard von Bingen wrote which was called Vox Humana. Vox Humana was the idea/theory she developed of spirit and voice united in singing. I really like what Andy did with it.
