Dunked on 10 ft rim for the first time july 2008, and I reached my goal of dunking with "the vertical project" by Luke Lowrey. I recommend it.
I currently have a 33 inch standing vert and about 36 inches running. I can dunk easy on 10 ft now!

um i was wondering what are some good leg workouts to increase my vert?
like i was thinking i should only do body weight workouts because i don't wanna mess up my knee .
ohh and right now all i can do is hang on 10ft rim,
if i work hard ,in how many months should i be dunking ?
i was wondering why u never commented back ,
but looking at your comments it says u did, just only on your youtube page.
ohh well yeah this summer i had messed up my knee so i pretty much stopped doing legworkouts till it recovered.
but suprisingly i can jump higher even though i barely did any summer workouts.
like right now i can get my hand about halfway up above rim and can dunk small objects like tennis balls .
do u still think i should be able to dunk by February ?
I will advise you to practice and dunk alot on low rims, like 3-4 days a week. Strength training in addition to this will help you increase more. So there it is: strength training + practice dunking is the best advise I can give you. Good luck
