2. Counterquestion... So, you really wanna tell me you don't recognise a Blizzard game when you see one? Well, I do. Enough similarities.
3. WoD is made by another team of CCP, too, but I'm still sure you will see the influence of EVE or Dust or whatever. It doesn't matter if the game is developed in a diffrent office, all serve from the same pool of technologies be it graphics, gameplay mechanics or concepts. So technically, this fact doesn't refutes anything.
