I think that this video is of the flares. Especially as there are 7 lights here, when most of the eye witness accounts of the UFO said the craft had 5 lights. People started to see a UFO over the city at 8:30pm, the military let their flares off at 9:30pm. The light in this video are not moving, ...

Very good job, but next time...you need to make sure you can see the lights of the UFO through the palm tree. That would make it more convincing.
