I think showing her ankles alone would have been a sexy thrill in 1890 -- and with corsets and all, folks didn't usually get to see a woman moving so freely! Ooh-la-la!
This is a truly magnificent poem and poetry video. I loved the remark below: "like a tuning form to the heart and mind." Lovely. I sent this out and posted this today, thinking of the people affected by the tornadoes in the south. We are all at the mercy of wind and water in the end.
