Hi, My name is Katherine Chen,

I am 14 this year and live in Australia.
I enjoy playing the piano and composing. I learn with a very devoted piano teacher Mr Lee who is a former concert-pianist and a AMEB adjudicator.
In 2008 I completed my AMEB grade 8 exam and early this year I won a Gold prize in the AADGT International music competition in USA.
I have passed both my A.MUS and DipABRSM with a distinction.

Recently are obtained my Licentiate in Music of Australia (L.MUS.A)

My ambition is to study at either Julliard School of Music or Curtis Institute of Music and become a concert pianist so I can share my music with the rest of the world.
