raygun said he'd never negotiate with terrorists, while he gave weapons to iran in exchange for hostages held in lebanon, and then sent the profits to murderous drug-traffickers in central America,
raygun paid lip service to the poor, and even went all-out and opened his check book, he actually sent some checks to poor people who had written him. but his policies exasperated the gap between rich and poor, he created more poor Americans.
raygun presided over the deregulatory road trip that came crashing to a violent, bloody end in 10/08.
raygun dismantled the solar power cells on the white house along with Jimmy Carter's program to get us off mideast oil. how many mideast wars must we fight?
raygun and james "penis head" watt ravaged the environment.
raygun slashed funding to medical care and research, bringing diseases like tuberculosis back from the brink of extinction.
raygun slashed funding for mental hospitals, turning patients literally out on the streets and increasing the homeless problem.
if there's a hell, raygun is burning in it.

pro athletes, rock stars, and other celebrities should never get married, no matter how beautiful and/or sexy the potential spouse. they should all stay single, play the field with wild joyful reckless abandon (practicing safe sex, of course), AND guess what? they get to keep all their money in the process.
why is that so impossible to understand?
You're quite right about the protein being obtainable in well balanced vegetarian meals, it's just tough to stick to on a regular basis when you grew up with meat as a staple. We offset our diets with steel cut oatmeal and blueberries every day, one of the seven won't eat it at all, she hates it. We do go heavy on fruits and vegetables. Most of us eat a spinach, tomato, broccoli, garlic, radish and red onion salad daily, with cold pressed olive oil and pomegranate infused vinegar dressing, it's really delicious, and the health benefits are extraordinary. We do love a juicy burger or steak, it's just not good to have them too often.
