Tasukete! Obaachan wa fuhai tanku ni ochikomemashita!
Repeat it a few times, let it sink in. Use it as a mantra when you're meditating, even. It's incredibly useful.
...Oh, and it translates to "Help! My grandma has fallen into a septic tank!" ^_^
