I have always loved Eric Stoltz, and I think he's a good actor. However, I do think they made the right decision to have Michael J. Fox play the role of Marty instead. Maybe I feel this way simply because that's who I'm used to seeing in the role, but I still think Fox is more "Marty" than Stoltz.
