Thanks for asking -- we never did a video for one of my fave songs: SANTA CLAUS IS COMING...TO MY HOUSE, written and produced by Robby Benson and me -- he plays guitar on it, too! We recorded it in Edmonton, Alberta Canada over a weekend while Robby was starring in RUNNING BRAVE the film based on Native American runner Billy Mills life up to his winning the 10000 meter race in the 1964 Tokyo Olympics. (Catch it on DVD -- Robby, a marathon runner and one of the few truly athletic actors to portray an athlete, was running with a cast of world class runners and he looks amazing...the real Billy Mills hand picked Robby to portray him and the Erminskin Band from Canada financed the film). Trying to figure out how to upload the track with some cool photos or something -- but it may be by Christmas 2010!!!

PS. about me and the Rockpalast 1978 Meat Loaf Original Tour release -- Eagle Rock said they didn't want to pay royalties for RIVER DEEP, MOUNTAIN HIGH (co written by the late, great, songwriting goddess Ellie Greenwich) and JOHNNY B GOODE. So they took them off the American release. They are on the European release I have been told, but haven't gotten mine yet!

I read a German review of the DVD praising Karla's performance on River Deep, Mountain High. So unless they didn't see it before they reviewed it the song should be on the European version of the DVD.

I pre-ordered Meat Loaf Bat out of Hell, the Original Tour Dvd back in Sep. Was released Nov 10. It's the 1978 Rockpalast performance. Was supposed to include "River Deep, Mountain High" and "Johnny B. Goode." My Amazon USA copy didn't include these songs. Does the UK version include these songs? The best part of the show (from Aputey's postings over the past two years) is Karla's River Deep duet with Meat followed by the Johnny B. Goode Reprise. It's not on the DVD.
