If you argue with a company for over a year about a fault of their own, and you are continually denied, denied, denied; then I hardly think "lovely, caring, misunderstood" is an apt description of this corporate giant. Do your homework. Read the whole story. And no, I feel no pity for huge corporations that think nothing of squashing the little guy in the name of corporate greed. Fuck yea BOYCOTT UNITED AIRLINES! I just did, and will continue to do so. It's a competitive market, and if YOUR company takes advantage of their patrons instead of serving them, then your company will suffer the slow painful death it deserves, while the other company that does their job properly ,professionally, and with courtesy will flourish. Don't expect any pity from me sir.
