Kannapolis

We originally started off with our temporary band name "ThunderWeng" as we tried to think of a decent name. The name Kannapolis came from all the road signs on our way to Charlotte for our first show saying, "Kannapolis 20 miles ahead", "Kannapolis Parkway next exit". We thought it was a cool name so we took it.

We are all brothers for CFC-Youth. We thought it would be nice to play in our friend's benefit concert in Charlotte, North Carolina. We never thought we'd actually drive there and play. We also never thought we'd play in front of many people with just 2 1/2 hours of practice the day of before the show. That was the only practice we ever had, excluding the songs we play for our Youth. Ever since then, that day was the most amazing day of our 2008 lives, musically!

Hopefully throughout the future we will continue to play music and continue to bring excitement and hyperness throughout the crowd.
