Romania is more religious than other christian countries but not as much as this vid paints the situation.

There are less and less people going to church every day(despite resurgence after communist religious oppression) and these buildings in a few decades will be just ornaments.

@FeRino147 Mayavin Records is a small company...it's not a full music label, it can't compete with Cat Music or Roton in Romania. Edward himself has a contract with one of them on the local market and with international ones on global level.

she pointed out very well 2 important things when talking on why romanian music is popular right now:

a)the local influences(and instruments) added to the european house/dance/electro which makes the music new/fresh.

b)there are a few producers in Romania who set the trend for others locally to p...

If that's Amnesia it's dissapointing...it looks like a 2nd rate club in Romania.

Those little dancer podiums remind me of club Maxx in Regie area of Bucharest where Polytechnics students hang out. Regie alone has at least 3 clubs better than what we see here.

@eric5906 the guys in this documentary who are former communists or symphatizers, in today's romanian politics they hold no real power and adhere to either far right or far left parties none of those being in the parliament. the current gov is center-right.

there's only one nuclear power plant in Romania and it's not in the region where you were...that was most likely a thermo power plant.

the song was posted here by a dutch music label and the owner of the rights a romanian music label made a complaint to youtube and they took down the majority of the videos with this track.

that's why the vid has so few views.

@quelita28 I can't comment on their social skills nor can I assume they're incapable of performing in usual fields like most. it's true that most ex-gymnasts here finish the sports university and either become trainers/coaches or enroll in a totally different field.
