Yeah when Soul II Soul tried to survive without her, they couldn't do it...she did make the group sorry Jazzy J....Her vocals with Jazzy's composition is what made the group. Guys don't forget, "Back to Life" was her on the vocals.

I agree and disagree, this did get airplay back in the day, but not as much as "Hangin on a string" and "Stay a while child", it was played primarily at night on BLS and Kiss in NY, and also in the Hipper clubs as someone mentioned, this is truly a gem, you would of had to be a Loose Ends fan to...

I remember this no doubt, but was too young too appreciate it when it was a big club hit...all I could do was try to live vicariously through my older sisters, when they went out...but I remember this coming on WBLS at night, and thinnking why couldn't I be older to go clubin

For me, this brings it back to Brooklyn in the 80's...hangin out on St.James Pl. between Gates and Greene avenue, ...this song will lay in the epitome of great songs from the 80's, now, why in the Hell isn't it on Itunes...It's a classic. RIP. Gwen Guthrie

Wow, I'm with everyone else, I didn't know there was a video for this song...We played this in Philly a lot, but the video got no love....Another thing, a lot of people did go to Paris for their video's check out Janet Jackson's "Come back to Me" and others.

This is another classic song from the 80's, "This is for you" that doesn't get any credit...Usually for people who remember the group "The System" only two songs come up: Don't Disturb this Groove" and "You are in my System"...but this one here is a true classic...The 80's was the best.

you guys have to check out the Song "Deeper Still" on his latest album, a real nice cut"...never made the radio, just too much talk of his issues before he died, the song, and the album got overshadowed.
