Here at the Croft, on the West Coast of New Zealand's South Island, we are trying to be self-sufficient, sustainable, carbon neutral and ecologically sound. We are developing and implementing a Permaculture design for our 2.6 Ha and are also in the process of constructing our eco-house. We like to try out appropriate alternative technologies so we can live a comfortable and satisfying life while having a minimal impact on our environment. We also love movies and sometimes review them on our site.
