@kriogenic there are kits that cost roughly half that of the spartan, that are blue and have 1W+ look on laser pointer forums. its amazing what can be done with components and a little know how.

@AsciiWolf yes i am aware that 28 mhz is the 10m ham band, i am a radio amateur (stupid youtube made me make a new account, which is why i have the new username) but what i was referring to is that they were most likely using a modified CB radio to get on 10m, in there view that would be freeband...
