Hello friend,

I am a christian. I believe that Jesus is God, and the Bible is inerrant Word of God. I believe that all men are sinners, and in need of salvation. We can only be saved through faith in Jesus. (John 3: 16) He lived a sinless life, died, and rose from the dead. God will forgive and save all those who believe in Jesus and turn in faith and repentance to Him.

Ongoing repentance is a mark of a genuine believer.

[For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life] (John 3:16)

The Bible teaches eternal security of a believer. Once a person is saved (born again), God will take care for His child and will never forsake him/her. If salvation could be lost, then it wouldn´t be by faith/Grace, but by works (human effort). Those who do not persevere in their faith were never saved in the first place. But also, a genuine believer cannot habitually live sinning, because God´s Spirit dwells in him/her.

[Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.](Philippians 1:6)
