My primary exercises are bench press, incline press, squats, weighted pull ups and dips, barbell curls, lateral raises. I hate sit ups but like hanging leg raises. No need for olympic bars or machines. I use old school standard weights 25 and 50 pound plates,5 foot bar and small bench. And a backyard squat rack. I remember in the early 70's many people had home made backyard bench presses made out of wood, and they would mix rusty steel weights and concrete weights together,which was very common for what some can only afford. I started pumping iron at age 14. I went to old dungeon style corner gyms,some with dirt floors and still had solid globe barbells and dumbells. I have not been to a gym since '89. Vic's Steel City and the Body Shop gym were two of my favorite old gyms in Tampa.
I eat small portions every 2 to 3 hours throughout the day which helps me maintain a small waist.

hey, if i do loads of sit ups crunches and leg raises every day could you tell me how long roughly should it take me to get a 6 pack please im a girl and i havn't got much weight on me
