Wheeeee... I want to jump and flip!!! I bet it's best to train... avoid milk, sushi, oatmeal, or soft boiled eggs... wear loose clothing (I'd go naked but think of the rubber burns.. ooch), wear anti slip shoes, remember to tuck and roll !!!
