My name is Justin, I'm 18 years old, I'm a senior at Pine-Richland High School, and I play the drums. I'm not the best, nor do I claim to be, but I'm definately not the worst, and I take pride in that. Also, you may have noticed that the music in my videos is much louder then the music in most other drum cover videos. I do this for two reasons. One, I only play songs I like, and I assume that people who watch my videos enjoy those songs too, so it seems like a waste to drown out the music with the drums. And two, I feel that if my playing is correct and accurate, you should be able to hear it, even when the music is louder, because the drum part should blend with the song, not overpower it.
