This is more like a hometrainer than a racing bike. I'v seen other tests on racing bikes, i wonder if the results are the same. I would think that you can push harder on a race bike since it's been fitted to give maximum power.

Wat grain size should you start out with. The books I have start at #80. Wouldn't things go faster if you used a lower number ( 60, 36 , 24)?
