Jus10 had its beginnings as Gold Dragon (in the mid to late 90s) as a conception of an entertainment and recording label. Throughout high school and his collegiate career, Justin continued to hold tight to the name. Upon seeing multiple Gold Dragon companies seemingly spring up overnight, he sought to make a name change. The first change he thought of was J.M.A.; which are his initials. Seeing that his was a common name, he began to use J.M. only to come to the same conclusion. Not willing to let go of his dragon names, he came up with Platinum Dragon in 2007, purchased the now defunct,www.platinumdragonentertainment.com domain and began to try to at least brand himself. He created a small following with his graphics and erotic short stories which he keeps in his archives. After finding more Platinum Dragon companies popping up, he opted for yet another name change. In a creative spur, he decided to use the name 31083, which is his date of birth. The setbacks with this name were due to the fact that it would be too long to remember, too long for the customer to recall and for the simple fact that 31083 is a zip code in the United States. After this failed attempted he temporarily resumed under the Platinum Dragon name. In late 2007, early 2008, he yet again sought out another dragon name for himself, this time making it more personal. 12th Dragon was born. He explains the meaning behind the name in the following statement: There are twelve signs in the zodiac ranging from Aries, which is the first, to Pisces, which is the last and twelfth sign. Each sign is ruled by a dragon, making a total of twelve dragons. I was born March 10th, making me a Pisces. Therefore, you have 12th Dragon. Carrying the same spirit as with Platinum Dragon, he began to brand himself, his designs and his short stories under the 12th Dragon name. Since then he has worked with a few students and clientele on various projects under this name as well and has purchased the domain, www.12thdragon.com and for a short time hosted a forum for himself and for a television show. In September 2008, he decided to take on a new face due to the fact that not many people caught (due to poor marketing, fear and networking) on to the name of 12th Dragon. In October 2008, he began using Dragon House for a brief period of time and purchased the domain,www.thenewdragonhouse.com. After hearing many remarks of comparing the use of dragon to Sisqo, he decided to stop using dragon as his face to show the world. Recently, he began to think long-term rather than short-term and sought to make name that was personal to him, yet marketable. As of November 1, 2008, he changed his name to Jus10. This name is a play on his first name and connects him to all of his works. He felt that this name would be more universal and appeal to a broader audience. Within a short period of time using this name, he has caught the attention of many people. As of this writing he is branding under this name and 12th Dragon, which he is the Founder, Owner, President and C.E.O. of and has full control of, will become the parent company of the various Jus10 companies. He plans on expanding his empire into the areas of: commercial media, multimedia, graphic and web design, radio, television, film, music production and distribution, entertainment services, publishing, apparel, non-profit organizations and model and recording artist management and representation. His companies include: Jus10 Entertainment (partially active);Jus10 GFX(active);Jus10 Media(inactive);Jus10 Productions(partially active);Jus10 Apparel(inactive); Jus10 Music Group(inactive) and Jus10 Publishing(partially active). Future endeavors include: Jus10 Radio, Jus10 TV, Flossie Williams Foundation (named for his recently deceased aunt who lost her battle with breast cancer), Just For Kids Organization and the Just Us League Foundation.
