Wrong Verdicts in Hanafi Sect (with authentic references).Just to show some verdicts from Imam Abu hanifa which are wrong (having good faith we can say these may be unintentionally). But then what is our duty now?? to follow these or to follow the Sahee Ahadess ??
Have a look below with REFERENCES as well:
*Please note that i am referring only the books of hanafi madhab so you should not blaim me for writing such things without personally verifying the refernece*
1) In hanafi madhab Is a man claims falsely that a woman is his wife and he also presents the false witnesses for this claim and if the judge gives the decision in his favour then that woman would be given to that man and now that man has all the rights to do anything with her, he will bear no SIN for that.
(Ref. Fatawa Alamgiri: Kitaab-ul-adab-ul-Qazi, Bab Iza Waqa'ul Qada' Shadat uz Zor 350/3)
2) If a mother wants his child to feed her milk for full allowed time according to Islam, then according to Imam abu Hanifa she can feed her milk upto 2.5 years but according to Quran it is 2 years.
(Ref. Tafseer Usmani Page 548 Surah-e-Luqmaan, Ayat 14, translation section 10)
3) In hanafi madhab If some man intentionally makes Nikah with his own mother and have intercourse with her then it should not be found guilty and cannot be penalised because he had done it all after Nikah.
(Ref. Hidaaya, Kitaab ul Hudood, Bab ul Watee az Zabee yujabul hudood la yujaba' h 512/1)
4) According to hanafi Madhab is Salaat (namaz) is ended with fart instead of Salaam then that's fine.
(Ref. Hidaaya, Kitaab us Salaat, bab ul hadas fis Salah, Page 130)
(Another Ref. Durr-e-Mukhtaar, Kitaab us Salaat, bab ul istakhlaaf 448/1)
5) Accorindg to Sahee hadith if a dead body is man then Imam will make his Janaza Prayers standing near to his head and is she is woman then in the middle
(Ref. Abu Dawood, Kitab ul Janaiz, Hadith No. 3193 --- Also Tirmizi Abwab ul Janaiz, Hadith No. 1034).
but you can observe that In Hanafi Sect Imam always stands in the middle regardless of where there is a man or woman.
6) According to Sahi Hadith it is proved that one can make his/her prayers while having a child in his arms as Rasool ul Allah (SAW) done the Imamat of a prayer having her grand daughter Hazrat Umam (RA) in his arms.
(Ref. Sahee Bukhari, Kitaab us Salaat, Hadith No. 516 ---- Also Sahee Muslim, Kitaab ul Masajid, Hadith No 41)
But in Hanafi Sect it is not allowed, you can ask any hanafi Aalim near you.
These are just some example, believe me there are many many more like these.
Aren't these references enough to open up one's eyes ?
Come on friends, its high time to do some real research and stop doing the blind taqleed !!!
