Welcome to Garrett's page. Garrett is a 7 year old Black belt in Taekwondo. Garrett started martial arts shortly after his 3rd birthday. Garrett is continuing to grow and learn the values of martial arts. Garrett understands that being a martial artist has just as much to do with training your mind as it does with training your body. He is also very involved in demonstrating and teaching stranger danger classes.

Garrett became interested in extreme martial arts after watching a youtube video of Daniel Sterling. After several months of watching Garrett fall and hit his head trying to teach himself how to flip, his mother and I decided to enroll him in Gymnastics. Garrett has taken off since and has been competing in the extreme martial arts division of Tiger Rock Martial Arts. At this point he has won 3 world titles in the 10 and under age group. Garrett has also just begun to compete in gymnastics and is currently training at a level 6 for double mini, tumbling, and trampoline.

I, his father, manage his page and watch over all activity on this page. I look forward to watching Garrett grow as a Martial Artist and a Gymnast. I will be posting videos of his growth along the way.
