This is a test of awareness of the body, core strength (core meaning areas from hips up to shoulders). This is one version and then the split. There are other ways to do inversions. They are super fun!

Pilates water wheel seated is an intense abdominal workout as well as back, shoulders, and arms. To do this you need to have at least intermediate level Pilates training and deep abdominal strength.

This is the cadillac version of chest expansion and thigh stretch with the back bend. It is great for those abs and legs, and oh wait one more thing, shoulders/arms. Used with the roll down bar.
